Website delivery

This site is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Necessary connection data, including IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, is processed to deliver and secure the website. The basis is our legitimate interest in reliable website operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Infrastructure providers manage operational records under their applicable policies.

Your inputs and files

Tool inputs are processed in your browser. Our application does not upload your writing, room measurements or files to a server, and does not save them in browser storage. Opening a JSON backup reads it locally. Closing or reloading the tab discards unsaved work. Downloads are stored where your browser saves files. This new site currently uses no first-party visitor counter or Google Analytics.

Advertising

The AdSense integration is prepared but disabled. Our advertising code sends no ad requests. Website approval, consent management and privacy disclosures must be verified before activation. Future advertising data processing will be described here and in the consent dialog before it is enabled.

Contact and rights

If you email us, we process your message to answer your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual requests, otherwise Article 6(1)(f)). Correspondence is retained only as needed for its purpose and legal obligations. Where the conditions apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact office@adstern.com.
